Refund Policy

Group Courses

Once the £80 deposit is paid and your space on the course is reserved, it is non refundable. The remainder of the payment is due on the day of your course.

A refund however (for deposit) will be given should there be any problems on our behalf , eg course is cancelled. However course spaces/deposits may be transferred to the next course date (depending on circumstance and discretion of manager)

Online Courses

Due to the nature of the content, information, and guidance you will receive, we are unable to offer refunds. By selecting to purchase a course, you enter in to a contract, and agree to abide by the terms below.
•You are not permitted to copy or share information received, and any evidence to support this will qualify a breach of contract, where legal action will be ensued.
•Once tutorials and literature have been sent to the student, the course is non refundable.
•Any kits that are purchased/items being delivered, will be sent with tracking. If any such items become lost/are not received, heavenly hair will not be held responsible, we will provide you with tracking details so that you are able to take this up with the courier.
•Once literature/tutorials have been sent to the student, such content can not be swapped or changed for a different method.

Online learning requires more self-discipline than traditional classroom learning. This will however benefit learners. Since there is no one to monitor learners, they are required to be self-disciplined. Therefore, learners will need to take the time to study, pay attention to what they are studying, and apply what they learned during an exam.


Most of our terms and conditions remain unaltered during the pandemic.
However If a student is unable to attend a course, we will give two options-

•£40 of initial £80 deposit to be used towards next course
•initial £80 deposit cost to use towards online training
